Job Title: SAP Analyst

Location: Hybrid remote and on-site in Norfolk, VA (4 days a week on-site/1 day a week remote)

Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent

Compensation: $90,000



Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ working as a functional business analyst in Sales/Logistics area, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • 2+ years’ experience with ERP solutions such as SAP (preferably) , Oracle, Dynamics, etc.
  • Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them to ERP solutions.



Job Description:

  • Monitor and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency in SAP S/4 supporting business processes.
  • Capture, validate and articulate business requirements related directly and/or indirectly to SD/Logistics area.
  • Basic System configuration in the SD/Logistics area of SAP S/4 in collaboration with parent company and external AMS.
  • Registration, prioritization, resolution and delivery of change requests or projects.
  • Active participation in requirements gathering, business analysis and solution design sessions.
  • Unit and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with all IT members as part of a project team and/or work group.
  • Establish and manage relationships with business process owners and power users.
  • Develop functional specification documents.
  • Train key/power business users.
