Falcons Landing has a great opportunity for a Full Time Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will perform hearing and/or speech and language examinations to learn the patient’s degree of impairment. Evaluate hearing and/or speech and language test results. Evaluate barium swallow results and/or other test results and overall medical background information. Diagnose patients and formulate treatment plans for speech, language, fluency, voice, or swallowing impairments. Educate patients and family members about the various communication techniques or strategies to cope with impairment.

Falcons Landing is a Life Plan Retirement Community located west of Washington, DC in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia. We are a first-class Life Plan Community, privately held not-for-profit organization which provides an outstanding and caring work environment. Falcons Landing has a wonderful combination of residential homes, spacious apartments and three high class healthcare residences.

*What you need:*
* Our ideal candidate will have two or more years’ experience in Skilled Nursing and Senior Living Setting.
* Be familiar with the Optima/Net Health Rehab EMR software.
* Be familiar with a variety of treatment modalities such as ACP.

*Our ideal candidate will have work availability from Monday through Friday*

* Hourly range: $47.00 - $49.00
