Project Coordinator SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team in our Atlanta office. Individual will accurately input cabinet orders into our production system and coordinate project workflow. This position is critical to ensuring our manufacturing floor receives complete and accurate order information for timely production and delivery.Key Responsibilities:Enter cabinet order specifications into the production management system with high accuracyReview customer orders, blueprints, and specifications to ensure all details are captured correctlyInput dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware selections, and special instructionsVerify order information for completeness and flag any discrepancies or missing informationEffectively communicate with designer and field team on project timelines and deliveriesExercise working product knowledge of cabinets, accessories, colors, and Cosmo offeringsReceive and review field measurements from Field Service Managers for order processingUpdate schedule of values (Excel) for all multifamily projects with SKUs, project unit matrix, and any unit changes that may be needed for accurate order processingProcess sales orders to production release (2020 Insight), effectively communicate with process engineers, multifamily estimator and designer about project status/sales order process and releaseGenerate work orders and production tickets for the manufacturing floorReceive and process replacement parts orders and urgent parts orders from the field team, communicate status of parts order to field managersMaintain status as plant point of contact for the field managersWork with supply chain team to procure cabinet decorative hardware for active projects and track inventory levels of said hardware in plantTrack door/drawer frontals for shaker/thermofoil projects, occasionally issue purchase order requests to supply chain team when needed for parts orders/punch outSchedule load pickups and deliveries for said projects between plant and field teamProcess sample orders and communicate status with sales teamCoordinate project timelines and track orders through various production stagesMaintain organized digital and physical filing systems for order documentationUpdate order status as projects move through production stagesPerform quality checks on entered data to minimize production errorsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentProven data entry experience with strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyBasic understanding of measurements and ability to read technical drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing or cabinet/woodworking industryFamiliarity with production management software (2020 Insight experience a plus)Knowledge of cabinet construction, terminology, and product offeringsPrevious project coordination experienceExperience working with field service teams and supply chain operationsPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periodsComfortable working at a computer workstation throughout the day
