Dispatch CoordinatorWe are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating service technicians according to the schedule, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient service operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring service technicians, answering and managing incoming service calls, resolving customer issues promptly, investigating customer concerns, matching the type of service required with technicians' abilities, coordinating weekend and on-call assignments, and collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.Essential skills include one year of dispatching or service coordinating experience, excellent customer service and support skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to handle customer issues and provide quick solutions, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.Additional skills and qualifications include experience with ServiceTitan software, basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, screening for attendance and reliability, and a preference for candidates looking for a long-term position.This position is based on-site in Alexandria, with parking available. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift, and one Saturday shift every two months from 8 am to 4 pm. The company culture fosters a family feel, with a team of 3-5, and includes monthly breakfasts, raffles, and giveaways for meeting metrics.The environment is metrics-heavy, emphasizing productivity and team collaboration.This is a contract to hire position based out of Alexandria, VA. The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
