As a Speech Therapist in Home Health, you will deliver personalized therapy programs to patients experiencing communication, cognitive, or swallowing difficulties. Your role will include: Performing assessments of patients' speech and language capabilities through conversation and standardized testing. Designing and implementing targeted treatment plans to enhance patients' communication skills. Regularly evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary. Maintaining detailed records of patient progress and documentation. Collaborating with the Program Director and medical team to ensure optimal patient placement and care. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Valid license to practice speech-language pathology in your state. Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation with proof of valid automobile insurance. Valid driver's license required.
