We invite you to be part of a team that values high-quality care and collaboration. As a Speech Therapist in Home Health, you will deliver personalized therapy programs to patients experiencing communication, cognitive, or swallowing difficulties. Your role will include:

  • Performing assessments of patients' speech and language capabilities through conversation and standardized testing.
  • Designing and implementing targeted treatment plans to enhance patients' communication skills.
  • Regularly evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary.
  • Maintaining detailed records of patient progress and documentation.
  • Collaborating with the Program Director and medical team to ensure optimal patient placement and care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice speech-language pathology in your state.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation with proof of valid automobile insurance.
  • Valid driver's license required.
