Position Responsibilities Analyze customer data and common business documents such as invoices, tax exemption certificates and financial statements. Contact customers on the phone or over email to assist them with financial matters. Build successful partnerships with key internal teams and with vendors. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent: Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Receivable Associate, Cash Applications Specialist and Tax Specialist. Bachelor's degree: Credit Analyst and Senior Accounts Payable Specialist. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
