The opportunity to improve global health is in front of us.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to elevate our marketing communication efforts across all Healthcare Professionals (HCP) channels (Diabetologists, Nurses, GPs, Pharmacists). This role is pivotal in shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and drive business growth.This role is mostly remote, with 1 to 2 days per week at the office in Paris 13.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of HCP marketing communication strategies.Drive alignment and synergies between local and regional marketing teams within a matrix organization.Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive messaging.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for effectiveness and ROI.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.Market and portfolio analysis, including interpretation of dataDevelopment and implementation of local marketing strategies and tactics based on the international and regional strategic marketing planClose collaboration with regional sales organizations as well as external and internal stakeholders at both regional and international levelsStrong cooperation with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groupsProduction of the annual marketing plan and budgetCross-functional teamwork within the team and with departments such as Sales, Key Account Management, Finance, Market Access, and the international marketing teamPerformance monitoring and reporting of marketing activities, along with continuous market and competitive analysisClose collaboration with external agenciesEssential Skills:Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable degree program with a focus on Marketing and/or CommunicationsAt least 8 years of professional experience in brand management, product management, or marketingideally in the Consumer Health or Medical Technology sectorProven experience working in a matrix organization and driving cross-functional collaboration.Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, and monitoring marketing performanceExperience managing communications agenciesSelf-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented working styleStrong communication skills and a self-directed yet team-oriented approachOpen-minded, creative, and a natural networkerInnovative mindset and enthusiasmHigh customer orientationFluent in both French and English, spoken and writtenProficient in MS Office applicationsWhat You'll Get:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.A full and comprehensive benefits program.Growth opportunities on a global scale.Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.Travel Required: 5-15%Experience and Education Requirements:Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of industry experience4-6 years of previous people management experienceFlex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office.
