Education

HS/GED Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience required


Key Responsibilities:

· Ability to review complex legal agreements and identify needed action items

· Works cross functionally to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new and amended agreements related to customer onboarding

· Ownership of all Customer requests for executed agreements

· Reviews escalated issues and takes appropriate action to resolve

· Assigns incoming requests to team work queue to appropriate representative

· Identifies opportunities for process and/or system enhancements

· Works collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements

· Provides training and ongoing support to team members; shares knowledge and best practices

Minimum Requirements:

· Degree or equivalent experience.

· Strong MS Excel

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Modern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) experience a plus


Critical Skills:

· Experience analyzing data, and skilled data entry required

· Prior experience building relationships with internal customers

· Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups

· Intermediate Microsoft Office products; some experience with complex Excel formulas

· Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where accuracy is imperative
