Operations ManagerPIRTEK, the nation's leading provider for on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement, is hiring for the position of Operations Manager.A PIRTEK Operations Manager oversees, supports, and dispatches a team of Hose Installation Technicians when and where they are needed, ensuring customers get the high level of service delivered by PIRTEK.A PIRTEK Service & Supply Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This gives the opportunity to work closely and communicate with other team members. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Operations Manager ensures customers receive the highest quality of service to get their equipment back up and running.Responsibilities:Lead, Motivate, and Support Hose Installation TechniciansOversee Materials and Inventory ManagementEnsure Customers Receive the Highest Quality of ServiceTrain New EmployeesPerforms Other Duties As AssignedQualifications:Experience in a Supervisory RoleHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong Computer SkillsMechanically InclinedGood Communication SkillsCompensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBe part of one of the fastest-growing franchises in the U.S. while keeping America's essential industries operating.PIRTEK is committed to providing world-class service while helping others in the organization succeed.
