Position Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A with strong technology skills to join our finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across our global operations. The ideal candidate will have strong modeling skills, experience with planning technology tools, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights that influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze P&L, balance sheets and cash flows for budgets, 3-year plans, periodic forecasts and actual results versus benchmarks for company, segment, business unit and cost center results. Support budget and forecast processes by preparing corporate cost center projections, consolidating segment results, and modeling what-if scenarios. Partner with accounting and finance teams on monthly reporting, accruals, data accuracy/consistency and annual impairment testing. Build trusted relationships with key business and functional leaders. Prepare financial reports/presentations, dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership, the board and external stakeholders. Track, forecast and analyze data supporting incentive compensation programs. Report on key market influences, including commodity price trends, foreign currency movements, and interest rate changes. Assist in evaluating and modeling capital investments, acquisitions/divestitures, cost-saving initiatives, pricing strategies and other ad hoc projects. Participate in Oracle Planning Tool administrative team, performing selected tasks to manage system configurations, user access, data integrity and process enhancements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a $1 billion+ manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI). Hands-on experience with Oracle Planning Cloud EPM or similar planning platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Experience working with international teams and knowledge of global financial practices. What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-130,000.
