This team's objective is to provide CFO-level partnership and guidance to critical support functions across the business including the People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance teams.What You'll Be DoingAct as a key leader within the finance organization, responsible for the financial health of multiple major functional areasPartner directly with 3+ C-level executive, and their leadership teams to shape company-wide resource allocation, investment strategy, and long-term financial planningDrive the vision and execution for how Finance partners with the business, identifying and implementing new analytical frameworks, efficiency opportunities, and operational improvementsLead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, strategic thinking, and continuous improvementRepresent Finance in critical cross-functional leadership forums, driving alignment on key strategic and financial prioritiesWhat We Look For In You8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a combination of these roles with investment banking experienceAt least 2 years of people management experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated success as a strategic partner to executive leadership, with a track record of influencing company-level strategy and decisionsStrong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to shape and influence executive decision-making and long-term financial strategySelf-starter who is intellectually curious and dives into the detailsExperience in crypto or in the fintech spaceSQL, R or other more advanced analytical skillsPay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $201,365 to $236,900+ target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).Commitment to Equal Opportunity: Coinbase is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
