We are now seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand and customer base. Role Overview: As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving the store’s marketing initiatives, managing customer relationships, and increasing sales revenue. This role requires someone who thrives on building connections, understands diesel industry customers, and can strategize marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns through email, social media, and local outreach. Maintain and update product listings, promotional materials, and in-store signage. Assist in building partnerships with local fleet services, repair shops, and trucking companies. Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide knowledgeable product support. Track sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports. Coordinate trade show appearances, community events, and promotional giveaways. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in automotive or diesel parts industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of diesel engines and parts is highly preferred.
