We are seeking a dedicated Spanish-speaking Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients navigate the mortgage loan and homebuying process while providing exceptional service and guidance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Find and engage with clients to understand their financial and homeownership goals.
- Educate clients on various loan products and the homeownership journey.
- Evaluate loan applications and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with underwriters and processors to facilitate a smooth loan process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
