Our mission is ambitious, and it takes the skills of a collaborative team to really deliver on what science can do.What is the Opportunity?Our product is in Phase III development for blood pressure lowering in resistant / uncontrolled hypertension and expanding across cardiorenal diseases by the potential for a fixed-dose combination with a best-in-class medicine for treatment of CKD and heart failure. The program is supported by an expansive clinical program, including major Phase III outcomes studies that aim to demonstrate our product provides both blood pressure reduction and organ protection in a single treatment option.AccountabilitiesThe Global Marketing Director will lead the strategic development and execution of HCP and patient-centric strategies and programs focused on Hard to Control Hypertension. There is an opportunity to work across the franchise to support the commercial development of the robust lifecycle spanning 7 indications across 7 clinical trials over the next 7 years. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the cardio renal landscape, patient needs, and innovative approaches to healthcare marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer, improve health outcomes, and drive long-term relationships with key stakeholders globally, market affiliates, and external partners.Essential Skills/ExperienceBachelor's degree10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experienceExpertise in cardiovascular, renal, and/or metabolic disease areasBroad commercial experience including pre-launch and launchExperience with budget/expense management, business case development and management/communication of brand performance.
