Wholesaler/Distributor Fee-for-Service Agreements ManagerThe position is a customer-facing role that manages our company Wholesaler/Distributor Fee-for-Service agreements for all Human Health, Oncology, and Vaccine customer channels. This role is responsible for utilizing and managing SAP, Microsoft Office, and third-party systems such as Integrichain and Liaison to support tactical and strategic division objectives. In collaboration with IAM Pharmacy and Distribution teams, this role provides input and direction via analysis, development, and implementation of channel-specific strategies for our company Human Health, Oncology, and Vaccine businesses. This role is also responsible for leading key Order-to-Cash projects that span cross departmental/divisional initiatives. This position will also support strategic priorities and contracting in other channels as management deems appropriate.Core responsibilities include:Evaluating the impact to the Channel Agreements of product supply and launch of new products to meet market and customer demand.Managing all Distribution Service Agreements to ensure strict customer adherence to defined performance metrics/criteria.Utilizing the Government Pricing reporting system to assign all company Human Health and Vaccine Division DSA fee codes and timely reporting to Our Government Pricing team.Guiding and instructing National Account Executives, Customer Managers, Associate Directors, and Customer Account Representatives in understanding the elements and customer performance criteria of the various Agreements.Utilizing software such as SAP, Integrichain, Access, Excel, and desktop software to initiate, design, collect, analyze, and maintain customer data for managing DSA agreements.Collaborating with customers/applicants, our company Legal and IAM teams to ensure adherence and performance to all legal requirements of the Authorized Distributor Agreement.Required:Bachelor's degree.Master's degree desirable.At least eight (8) years of experience in customer or vendor support, business analysis, or related experience.Proficiency with Excel is required.Ability to work hybrid (3 days per week) in office if located within 50 miles of office location.Preferred:Experience with wholesaler distribution service agreements.Order-to-Cash experience with customers.Experience with SAP.Required skills:Account ManagementAdaptabilityBiopharmaceutical IndustryBrand ManagementBusiness AnalysisContract ManagementCustomer Data MaintenanceCustomer-FocusedCustomer Needs AssessmentsData AnalysisDistributor ManagementFinancial AcumenHealthcare ReimbursementLegal ComplianceLogisticsManaging Distribution ChannelsMarket AnalysisMicrosoft OfficePharmaceutical IndustryProcurementProduct ManagementSales Target AchievementSAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)SAP Service ManagementPreferred skills:Current Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HEREUS and Puerto Rico Residents Only: Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.U.S. Hybrid Work Model: Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.The salary range for this role is $139,600.00 - $219,700.00.
