Are you the right person for us?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our team with a good understanding of modern development principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications using the Flutter framework, and ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, usability, and performance. An ideal candidate would be someone who can quickly step up and collaborate with product and UI team and contribute to our mobile and desktop app. One who can identify framework issues and help enhance framework to make our app more stable.

A candidate would play an active and engaged role in team meetings and ceremonies, pairing up with principal engineers, product managers and agile coaches to understand requirements for iterative development and fast feedback.


Responsibilities also include

  • Help architect and build a cross platform (web, mobile & desktop) framework.
  • Design and deliver excellent visual experiences across web, mobile & desktop clients, scaling to large number of users.
  • Partner and work collaboratively with people across Product, Design, User Research and Engineering teams to deliver complex, large-scale projects.
  • Develop user facing features by translating graphical design and wireframes to an excellent written code.
  • Build reusable code and libraries to enable efficiency in building.
  • Document standards and ensure they are effectively implemented by the development teams and understood by cross functional teams.
  • Optimize code/application for best performance and scalability of our solutions serving mobile and desktop clients.
  • Ensure your work is appropriately documented and adheres to company software standards that you will take an active part in shaping.


As a well-rounded Flutter Engineer, your Skills and Experiences likely include the following:

  • Significant and proven experience in software design & development using Android and iOS for mobile apps.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
  • Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and state management (BloC, Provider etc), experience with Flutter web is a plus.
  • Extensive experience designing and building large micro-frontend architecture.
  • Highly skilled in design patterns and architecture (DDD, BFF, Mobile and Web on the same code base, feature flags, etc.).
  • High-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. It is not enough to implement a solution but to implement the best solution for a given context.
  • Excellent understanding on best practices for building cross browser and device independent interfaces.
  • Advanced knowledge of Unit/integration/e2e testing with continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Experience working on cloud platforms. AWS with experience in AWS Lambda is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and coordination skills with ability to create clarity from ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
