Seeking a Household Manager/ Personal Assistant for a Bellevue family and their

home. As an extension of the principals, this person will proactively make sure

everything runs smoothly with an attention to details.

 

Job responsibilities:


Computer-based work:

 Managing calendars and schedules

 Planning and coordinating events – personal and charitable.

 Personal correspondence

 Managing home maintenance and projects; Researching and coordinating with

vendors

 Arranging appointments

 Researching, booking, managing, and organizing travel arrangements


Day-to-day household work:

 Organizing the home

 Laundry/ironing as needed

 Kitchen support

 Walk through of property

 Water plants


Misc.:

 Running errands

 Managing service for automobiles/boat

 Shopping for food, supplies, and other household items

 Food prep if needed

 Personal shopping and gift-buying


Requirements/Must’s:

 Previous house manager/personal assistant experience

 Positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of private service, especially as a wearer of

many hats

 Trustworthiness


Household Manager Job Description

 Experience using and comfort with Google docs and Excel

 Familiarity with property management systems or software is a plus

 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

 Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 Good communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and vendors

 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


Work realities:

 40-hour work week, onsite

 Ideal start time: 9am

 The position does call for someone who has some schedule flexibility. Occasionally,

there may be a need to work late or on a weekend if there is an event

 Availability to answer emails/calls/texts outside of the business day will be expected.


Additional information

 The principals anticipate hiring someone who views this as a long-term role

 Candidate must pass an extensive background check

 Professional references will be called

 Candidate will be required to sign a Non Disclosure/ Confidentiality Agreement
