We don't just fix things; we evaluate your current and future needs and deliver the best solution for your business processes and objectives.Responsibilities for Sales Support Specialist:Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issuesProvide the sales team with data reports and sales guidesWork with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategiesKeep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to dateProvide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requestsReview and maintain computer files along with data entryAssist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical dutiesResearch and collect informationMaintain complete stock of all inventoryQualifications for Sales Support Specialist:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology is preferredMust have previous sales B2B experience (5-8 years) - small business sector is a plusExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environmentMust possess excellent interpersonal skills and always maintains a high degree of professionalism and business acumenProficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS ExcelWorking knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysisHighly motivated individual who works well with a team but also proven ability to work independentlyIntegrity, loyalty, trust, commitment to excellence, and dedication to customer service/supportSuperior time management skills and can multitask while prioritizingKnowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniquesAbility to interpret sales metrics and perform data entryBenefits/PerksFlexible SchedulingCareer Advancement OpportunitiesCompetitive CompensationPeople First CultureCompensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearOur Growth Isn't Measured in Numbers, It's an Investment in Aligning With The Best TalentIf you have a background and skillset for IT and a determined mindset to overcome any obstacle, you'll enjoy being part of TeamLogic IT.
