Administrative StaffThis is an entry-level position at a great company Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, is detail oriented, assisting people, building relationships and enjoy being part of a team.General responsibilities include performing various administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature such as answering incoming phone calls and door, greeting guests; receiving and delivering incoming mail and packages, coordinating outgoing packages. Light office maintenance including basic stocking, ordering supplies. Coordinate meeting- and event-catering, assistance with office events, travel itineraries, and travel related arrangements. Assist employees with various on-site administrative duties.Essential roles and responsibilities include under minimal supervision, providing administrative support for an office group of professionals including admin team, ensuring the office operates efficiently. Build and maintain relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and contractors. Manage incoming guests, clients and vendors at the front desk. Answer phone, screen calls and forward messages. Receive and deliver packages and mail. Daily assess and restock supplies around office. Promote office-wide events and employee engagement. Handle calendar, travel arrangements and coordination of day-to-day activities. May compose, prepare, edit and proofread letters, reports and other correspondence. May assist in performing human resources duties. Other various administrative duties. Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning and safety culture.Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 0-3 years' relevant experience. Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and technical aptitude to become proficient with various company-specific software programs.
