Control Account Manager

Control Account Manager (CAM)This position will support leadership of the Enterprise Production Control organization at the Ft. Worth site. It will encompass the Control Account Manager (CAM) role for all Government Furnished Aeronautical Equipment (GFE) Management scope of work across all programs at the Ft. Worth site. It will include business planning and performance measurement support to the Enterprise Production Control organization.The candidate will work with Production Control management and other cross-functional teams to ensure Earned Value (EV) compliance including cost and schedule technical scope of work. Teams include GFE Management, Production Control, Financial Management, Estimating, Labor Accounting and Performance Management and Integration.Tasks include developing budget baselines, estimates at completion (EACs), control account and work package planning and maintaining baseline change control. Validate monthly and comprehensive EACs to ensure accuracy to the complete scope of work. Perform detail cost and schedule variance analysis and ensure root cause is defined and corrective action is implemented in a timely manner. Validate Basis of Estimates (BOEs) used for proposals, negotiations and budgeting. Prepare and distribute internal and external cost performance metrics.
