L&D Support Ops/Supplier Enablement Program ManagerDuration: 9 Months Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite in a hybrid model) About the Team: The Supplier Enablement Team plays a critical role in supporting the global Learning & Development (L&D) organization. The team partners with multiple training vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning programs and experiences. We focus on optimizing supplier operations, ensuring seamless program execution, and enabling scalable learning delivery across regions.Role Overview: We are seeking a L&D Support Ops/Supplier Enablement Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations, customer support, and project management activities of the Supplier Enablement Team for the L&D organization at a leading global technology company. This role will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external training vendors, ensuring that supplier-related processes, communications, and systems run efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities: Operational Support: Manage the daily operations of supplier enablement activities, including onboarding, tracking, communications, and documentation. Project Management: Support planning, coordination, and execution of L&D supplier projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Customer & Vendor Support: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from internal stakeholders and suppliers, providing timely and accurate responses. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline supplier enablement workflows and improve operational efficiency. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate supplier and project data in systems; support the creation of dashboards, reports, and status updates. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, finance, and L&D delivery teams to ensure smooth supplier operations and compliance with policies. Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain process guides, templates, and FAQs to ensure consistent communication and training for internal and external partners.Experience (Mandatory): 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or operations, ideally supporting L&D, training, or supplier management teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Docs/Word). Experience with ticketing systems, project management tools, or workflow platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce). Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. Experience (Desired): Experience supporting or managing vendor/supplier relationships in a global organization. Knowledge of L&D or training operations, including scheduling, logistics, and delivery coordination. Background working with procurement, finance, or contracts functions. Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools such as Tableau, Sheets formulas, or dashboards.Who You Are: Highly organized and detail-oriented.
