You'll join a team that values collaboration, workplace flexibility, and long-term opportunity.What We OfferCompetitive base pay: $30-$40 per hourHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company match and disability coveragePaid time off, sick time, and holidaysTuition reimbursement and professional trainingRecognition programs and growth opportunitiesFree Calm membership for you and up to five othersWhat You'll DoConduct real estate title searches using online databases and in-person visits to county courthousesRetrieve and review documents such as deeds, mortgages, contracts, easements, tax cards, and platsCompile accurate findings into client-provided Title Reports, ensuring completeness and reliability of title informationVerify and document all relevant instruments required to complete thorough and compliant title searchesWe're Looking for Someone WhoWorks efficiently and effectively under tight deadlinesCan prioritize and balance multiple tasksDemonstrates strong organization and planning skillsIs analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learnHas excellent written and verbal communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced administrative settingProvides strong customer service experienceCan adapt to new systems and software environmentsMinimum RequirementsMinimum of (2) two years of experience pulling title and title historyMust have experience: Analyzing titles and title reportsVerifying property ownerships, mortgages, liens, and/or judgments against properties and determining if restrictions, such as delinquent taxes, will affect titles and limit property useIdentifying key information about parcels and communicating such effectively to property ownersProficient reading deeds, legal descriptions, plats, easements, searching parcel data, and producing a chain of titleAbility to read and understand real estate terminologyAbility to ascertain types of title evidence required to obtain descriptions of properties and names involvedMust be proficient with MS Office Suite specifically Excel and Word, Dropbox or equivalentMust have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systemsValid Driver's LicenseBonus Points if you have Right of Way industry experience Relocation will not be provided.Ready to Apply?
