Facilities Director Of OperationsThe Facilities Director of Operations at McCormick Place reports to the General Manager. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to facilities management.COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramarks good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.Qualifications:At least 3-5 years of progressive management in custodial servicesManagement experience in a diverse environmentCustodial experience in a related industry is strongly preferredBachelors degree or equivalent experience preferredAbility to coordinate and lead capital projects, maintenance plans, and funding requests from conception to completion is requiredRequires strong financial analysis, interpretation, budgeting and computer skillsProfit and Loss accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is highly desirableMust demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, communication and team building skillsMust be very organized and be able to work well under pressure, while handling multiple priorities simultaneouslyThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
