Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to facilities management.COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramarks good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. For more information about Aramark benefits, click here.Job Responsibilities:Leads all aspects of custodial operations while maintaining the established quality standards, safe operation and complete regulatory compliance by training, supervising, evaluating, and motivating assigned personnel in their workDevelop and be accountable for a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurtAnalyze all financial reports for facility operations, as well as reviewing all financial measurements with managers and directors to ensure achievement of financial goalsActively foster a positive relationship between Aramark and the client and responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is providedEnsure administration of HR policies and interprets and ensures compliance with company policies such as safety, sanitation and purchasingResponsible for staffing, development of personnel, training and educationParticipate in development of operational component forecasts and can explain variancesProficient in and ensures consistent and regular use of the Computerized Management Maintenance System (CMMS) to properly manage the operationAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.Qualifications:At least 3-5 years of progressive management in custodial servicesManagement experience in a diverse environmentCustodial experience in a related industry is strongly preferredBachelors degree or equivalent experience preferredAbility to coordinate and lead capital projects, maintenance plans, and funding requests from conception to completion is requiredRequires strong financial analysis, interpretation, budgeting and computer skillsProfit and Loss accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is highly desirableMust demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, communication and team building skillsMust be very organized and be able to work well under pressure, while handling multiple priorities simultaneouslyThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
