Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $20 - $30/hr

Location: San Diego, CA

Type: Direct Hire


  • Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance of Facilities Equipment; Minor repairs of facility equipment, Customer requested facility related work, safety inspections, vendor escort and oversight, parts and materials sourcing, emergency response, other duties as assigned


  • Qualifications: Experienced using hand and power tools to perform a variety of trades work, such as plumbing, mechanical repairs, minor electrical work, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, doors, and locks, etc. Experience in a facilities department desirable.


  • Skills and Abilities: Good craftsmanship, safety conscious, customer oriented, verbal, and written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus), basic computer skills with email, word processors, spreadsheets. Solves problems and sets personal goals for continuous improvement.


  • Most important: Understands the importance of quality work, personal integrity, reliability, and teamwork.



Estimated Min Rate: $20/hr

Estimated Max Rate: $30/hr
