Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective students via phone and email to provide information about college programs and enrollment processes.
- Schedule campus tours and follow up with prospective students to ensure a positive experience.
- Perform data entry tasks related to student inquiries, applications, and enrollment.
- Make outbound calls to potential students to offer guidance and support through the admissions process.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
