Job Description: Admissions Support Representative

Location: Mesa, AZ

Position Type: Temp to Hire

Start Date: Monday, 10/14

Interview Date: onsite group interview THIS Wednesday or Thursday at 10am

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Schedule: Varies between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

(Candidate must be available for any of the following schedules:

  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective students via phone and email to provide information about college programs and enrollment processes.
  • Schedule campus tours and follow up with prospective students to ensure a positive experience.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to student inquiries, applications, and enrollment.
  • Make outbound calls to potential students to offer guidance and support through the admissions process.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to meet departmental goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
