Brand Marketing SpecialistEverService is a global provider of tech-enabled business solutions for companies of all sizes, helping them to grow and scale with digital marketing, website design & development, scheduling & booking services, 24/7 answering services, inbound & outbound sales, live virtual receptionists, client & patient intake, and IT services. The company focuses on end-to-end solutions specialized for the legal, medical, home services, retail, and technology industries integrated with clients' CRM, EHR, and operational systems.We're seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support internal brand strategy and growth for a marketing agency within the Legal Marketing vertical at EverService. This role will help drive our brand presence, support major marketing initiatives, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality content across all channels. This role oversees key brand, content, and promotional initiatives and will manage multi-channel brand visibility, support podcast production and distribution, and ensure our weekly newsletter and owned content channels remain aligned with our voice, standards, and growth goals.Position Responsibilities:Own and evolve one of the legal marketing brands across all touchpoints within the EverService portfolioManage, edit, and publish content for the brand website, ensuring accuracy, tone consistency, and alignment with brand strategyOversee non-legal content needs across marketing channels (AI-assisted drafting; human review and brand refinement still required)Maintain and evolve the brand voice, messaging guidelines, and content quality standardsCollaborate with internal SEO and marketing teams to ensure published content supports performance goalsCoordinate all marketing and promotional activities associated with the brand podcastSupport podcast production logistics, guest coordination, and weekly scheduling needsDevelop and execute strategies to grow podcast listenership across platforms (social, newsletter, website, partners, etc.)Work with creative teams to oversee assets (thumbnails, audiograms, clips, etc.) and ensure consistent brandingOversee the weekly newsletter from planning through publicationManage topic curation, AI-assisted drafting, editing, formatting, scheduling, and distributionTrack engagement metrics and implement improvements to increase open rates, CTR, and subscriber growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, PPC, Creative, Ops) to align on brand messaging and campaign needsAssist with marketing planning, calendar management, and project coordinationSupport ad-hoc brand initiatives, social media content planning, and other marketing requests
