Title: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Norwalk, CT - hybrid onsiteSalary Range: $45 - $50/hrIntroduction We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader with extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce clouds and the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Candidate should have 8+ years of expereince Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Data Loads, LWC, and Aura Components Experience with Salesforce administration and support activities 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with 5 years in a technical leadership role Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Aura component development Strong experience with CI/CD, version control using Git/GitHub, and deployment tools like Gearset Experience working in a multi-shore model (onsite-offshore), with excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills Preferred Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of Gearset and GitHub for source control and release management Experience with Jira, JSM, and Confluence for project management Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead technical design and architecture discussions for Salesforce solutions Mentor and guide development teams in best practices and standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team culture with a focus on collaboration For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
