Salesforce Technical Lead or Salesforce Solutions Architect
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Hands on experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Data Loads, LWC and Aura Components
• Hands on experience with Salesforce administration and support activities
• Strong understanding of Gearset and Github for source control and release management
• Knowledge on Jira, JSM and Confluence for Project management
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Aura component development, including best practices for triggers, test classes, and governor limits.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, version control using Git/GitHub, and deployment tools like Gearset. Solid understanding of project management in Jira and documentation in Confluence.
• Experience working in a multi-shore model (onsite-offshore), with excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
