In this highly cross-functional role, you'll support both accounting and go-to-market (GTM) operations by improving core reporting systems, driving financial insight, and enabling stronger decision-making across departments.This is a hybrid position, 3x/week in our San Francisco office.You will:Own Strategic Planning & ForecastingPartner with senior leadership to develop long-term plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecastsOwn first-pass modeling for quarterly sales forecasts and cash flow scenariosHelp build the company's MD&A and internal financial reporting frameworksDrive Financial Modeling & AnalysisBuild and maintain financial models for evaluating new product launches, pricing strategies, and GTM performanceAnalyze financial and operational data to surface actionable insights and optimize key processesLead marketing spend and campaign ROI analysisStrengthen Cross-Functional SupportCollaborate closely with GTM, Marketing, Product, Accounting, and HR to align on goals and support data-driven decisionsBuild reporting tools in Power BI to support Sales Ops, FP&A, and Accounting workflowsStreamline sales compensation and variable pay processes to reduce errors and speed up close timelinesOptimize Finance Systems & ProcessesHelp implement scalable financial systems and reporting workflows using tools like Pigment, Snowflake, SQL, and SalesforceSupport accounting close by improving timing of key journal entries and automating monthly workflowsTake over legacy updates in financial dashboards and build out standardized department reportingQualifications:Research shows that women and members of underrepresented groups tend to apply to roles only when they check every box on a job description.
