Primary Skills: Analytics (Expert), Forecasting (Advanced), SQL (Intermediate), Data Visualization (Intermediate), Strategic Finance (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 9+ Months Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote) Pay Range: $65 - $68 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Analyst with a focus on Strategic Analytics and Finance to join our client. This role involves conducting historical data analysis and quantitative analyses to inform strategic decisions, developing forecasting models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic finance and analytics, with proven experience in creating investment cases and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct historical data analysis and quantitative analyses to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for business impact. Develop comprehensive forecasting models and build a financial reporting cadence. Generate regular reports to key stakeholders and monitor key metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and provide ad hoc support for initiatives. Influence across functions with exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in modeling techniques and handling large datasets. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools. Strong strategic finance background with excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills. Industry Requirement: Prior experience in a marketplace setting is preferred. Background in strategic finance, business analytics, investment banking, or consulting.
