D365 Application Specialist

We are seeking askilled and motivated D365 Application Specialist with a strong focus on Salesoperations and expertise in Finance & Operations (F&O), CRM, PowerPlatform, and Field Apps. In this role, you will drive the integration,configuration, and optimization of D365 solutions to improve sales processes,enhance customer relationships, and optimize field and finance operations. Youwill work closely with sales teams, operations, and our internal IT team todesign, deploy, and maintain solutions that streamline business workflows andincrease efficiency.

Support with planning and execution of Microsoft D365 implementations according to the target architecture rollout plan
Act as the primary expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, providing support and ensuring that the platform aligns with Permobil‘s D365 template
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities to enhance sales processes and provide actionable insights
Design and implement end-to-end business processes that span from initial sales quotes to order fulfillment and billing in F&O, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and data consistency
Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of all D365 related applications, ensuring successful integrations with Finance & Operations, CE, and our storefront
Continuously monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring that all modules work seamlessly together to meet Permobil‘s needs
Create and maintain clear documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configuration details to ensure proper knowledge transfer and user adoption
Gather feedback from end-users to identify areas for improvement in D365 CRM, F&O, and Field Service modules, and work with product teams to suggest and implement enhancements
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in F&O, CRM, sales automation, field service, and the Power Platform to provide innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage
Proactively identify opportunities for significant operational process or system level product improvements
Interact with stakeholders, identify their needs and provide guidance in their specific system functions
Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers
Evaluate the possibilities of using off-the-shelf products, in-house developed products or outsourced to third-parties. In collaboration with business owner, select the best option and document the final solution clearly and effectively to produce detailed functional specifications that can be handed over to the development team or selected third party
Support and guide projects with solutions and provide information about impacts and costs
Understand dependencies to projects and business priorities
Collaborate with other specialists and architects to align with target architecture and frameworks
Participate in projects and activities related to the area
Ensure that all contracts with suppliers support the needs of the business, and that all suppliers meet their contractual commitments

Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
5 + years‘ experience from working as a D365 Application Specialist or similar role
Strong focus on Sales operations and expertise in Finance & Operations (F&O), CRM, Power Platform, and Field Apps.
Strong proficiency in configuring and customizing solutions in D365 applications
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools within D365
Experience with Azure services and data integrations between D365 modules and third-party applications
Knowledge of the business process related to the area
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Travel up to 20% including domestic and international
