Job Description

The Advanced Thermal Processing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and improving heat treatment processes, testing and modifying existing systems, and ensuring quality and performance standard compliance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 1-3 years of experience in induction heat treatment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in induction heat treatment
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and automotive/machining environments
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adapt to pressure
  • Able to communicate fluently in verbal English
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide timely incident resolution
