These offerings, paired with the highest level of customer service and the best execution team in the industry, give our clients the best opportunity for success.The Account Analyst, will be responsible for providing project and service support to clients and their teams, and for facilitating day-to-day project management, execution, and reporting. The Account Analyst will also act as a resource to support the efforts of sales executives and Account Managers for servicing and managing a specific account or segment of business. By working within a team environment, the Account Analyst will help achieve the goals of accurate project execution, meeting target margins and ensuring customer satisfaction.Essential Duties:Support Account Managers by maintaining a working knowledge of client programs, objectives, and expectationsCreate and develop summary reports for clients and analyze client data to improve existing service programsIdentify issues and work in conjunction with Account Managers and field support personnel during the issue resolution processEnsure internal timelines are met and that changes are communicated appropriatelyWork with clients to create project-specific merchandise plans/planograms within specificationsSchedule and attend audits with field managers to determine client program objectivesActively participate in client service team meetingsAttend and actively participate in client and field annual/bi-annual meetingsOther duties as assignedRequirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
