Rotating Equipment Specialist

Summary:
A Rotating Equipment Specialist will tear down rotating equipment, perform detailed write-ups, diagnose issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Tear down rotating equipment, including but not limited to, gear boxes, pumps, mixers, and blowers.
Rebuild rotating equipment, including testing to ensure equipment is working properly and repainting equipment.
Complete detailed write-ups that include recommendations for improvements and upgrades, diagnose issues, and implement effective repair solutions.
Oversee the installation of rotating equipment to ensure it meets all necessary standards and requirements.
Make rotating equipment parts using a lathe and/or mill.
Qualifications:
Previous machining experience preferred.
Previous experience tearing down, fixing, and resolving rotating issues preferred.
Valid Driver's License required.
Ability to read, understand, follow, and interpret Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manuals.
Pass a pre-employment drug test.
