Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage a robust preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

Schedule and oversee regular maintenance activities and inspections.

Monitor and analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify areas for improvement.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and skill development.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Coordinate training programs to enhance the technical skills of the maintenance team.

Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to machinery and equipment.

Oversee the procurement of spare parts and manage inventory to ensure minimal downtime.

Work closely with the production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize production interruptions.

Communicate maintenance plans, updates, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Evaluate and recommend investments in new equipment, technologies, and maintenance practices to enhance operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in maintenance management, with a focus on preventative maintenance, in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and technologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols.

Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
