A Sr. Account Executive is responsible for being a hunter, driving business development through a strong combination of IT Staffing and Professional Services sales experience.

|Ideal candidates will possess a proven track record of success in selling these services and who are adept at cultivating client relationships and driving revenue growth.


A strong emphasis will be placed on candidates who bring an existing book of business or established client relationships to leverage for accelerated business development.


  • 4-6 years of consultative sales experience, with at least four years in IT Staffing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of IT terminology and culture.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Prior experience thriving in a multi-cultural work environment.
  • Experience selling Services in specific domain such as CRM, Digital or Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Verifiable track record of outstanding business development performance in current or prior roles
