Role and Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of marketing and brand development. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in executing the company's marketing strategies and enhancing its digital presence.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in managing and curating content for the company's social media platforms.
  • Create engaging and shareable content to enhance brand visibility.

Brand Support:

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Assist in implementing branding guidelines.

Content Creation:

  • Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the brand's mission, vision, and values.

Market Research:

  • Research market and consumer trends to provide valuable insights that contribute to the development of a compelling value proposition.

Innovation Support:

  • Collaborate on projects related to innovation, contributing fresh ideas for expanding product portfolios and exploring new market opportunities.


Budget Assistance:

  • Assist in managing aspects of the corporate marketing budget under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager.

KPI Tracking:

  • Support in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to convert marketing leads and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment or recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Social media experience in a professional or academic capacity.
  • Passion for consumer product brands, food & beverage, and interest in building a career in marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe software being a plus.

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about brand building, marketing communications, and product introduction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
