Community Engagement and Relationship Building.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, therapists, interventionists, and other potential referral sources. 
  • Network extensively within the addiction treatment field to identify and cultivate new referral partnerships.
  • Represent the treatment facility at industry events, conferences, and community meetings.
  • Deliver informative presentations about the facility's programs, services, and benefits to potential referral sources.

Referral Management and Coordination

  • Collaborate with referral sources to coordinate client admissions and ensure a smooth transition into treatment.
  • Track and manage incoming referrals, maintaining accurate records and reporting on referral sources.
  • Provide support and guidance to referral sources regarding the treatment process and client needs.

Marketing and Outreach

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to support outreach efforts.
  • Organize and participate in outreach events, health fairs, and community initiatives to raise awareness of addiction recovery services. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the addiction treatment industry.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on outreach performance and results to leadership.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis intervention and support to potential clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the facility to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
