We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator (temp) to join our growing team and support initiatives across events, social media, brand, PR, and special projects (think TikTok Shop and new growth experiments). This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to every corner of a fast-paced consumer business and receive direct mentorship from an industry expert.What You'll DoSupport brand events and activations, from planning to on-the-ground executionAssist with social media content creation and community engagement, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platformsHelp execute brand and PR initiatives, including influencer outreach, press opportunities, and partnershipsCollaborate with our design team to develop marketing assets for social, digital, and in-person touchpointsWork on special growth projects, such as TikTok Shop launches and DTC experimentsConduct competitive research and trend spotting to identify new opportunities in food and DTC marketingWho You AreA self-starter with a "get it done" mentality who thrives in a scrappy, fast-moving environmentCreative and curious, with an eye for design and strong written communication skillsFamiliar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest) and how brands engage audiences onlineProficient with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to create simple marketing assetsOrganized, detail-oriented, and eager to roll up your sleeves to support the team wherever neededBonus points if you have an eye for taking great photos and videos and a curiosity for experimenting with new creative anglesBonus points if you love cooking, exploring new foods, or have a passion for the food & beverage spaceWhat You'll GainYou will directly contribute to brand, growth, social media, and events in a high-growth DTC environmentDirect mentorship from a marketing leader with deep experience in food and consumer brandsA front-row seat to how a modern food brand engages customers and grows in the digital space$20 - $35 an hour
