Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality reporting, manufacturing quality control, and quality assurance testing, ensuring that our products meet all regulatory and company standards. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Reporting:

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute comprehensive quality reports.
  • Track and report on key quality metrics, including defect rates, compliance rates, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with regulatory requirements.

Manufacturing Quality Control:

  • Monitor and inspect manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with Operations and Manufacturing to implement and verify corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality control procedure guidelines.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
  • Assist in training staff on quality control best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance Management, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control, quality testing, quality assurance or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
  • Proficient in quality reporting tools and software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
