Position Overview:

Join our team as a Sales Account Representative and play a pivotal role in our continued success. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our valued clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through strategic face-to-face marketing and sales.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture relationships with new customers and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution of issues.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  4. Proactively identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
  5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.


Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
