Position: TS/SCI Windows System Admin

Required Skills & Experience

-Currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance (will be processed for CI Poly)

-Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.

-Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of overall related experience with a Windows servers environment (e.g. 2008r2 and 2012r2). Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.

-Experience with configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining VMware environments.

-Experience with Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)

-Experience with Group Policy Management (GPO) and applying Local Security Policies

-Experience with Windows Task Scheduler

-Experience Managing Active Directory

-Experience with System (hardware) and application (software) installation and configuration.

-Application of security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS.

**Able to work shift of 12pm-8pm M-F

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Prior experienced with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners

-TS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferred

Job Description

An employer is looking for a TSSCI Windows System Administrator to sit in Arlington, VA. The person will be responsible to create, maintain, and implement detailed documentation for standard systems operating procedures to be used across the enterprise. They must be able to analyze available hardware and software from outside vendors and make recommendation for purchase and installation of cost-effective solutions.


Job Title: TSSCI Linux Admin


Day-To-Day:

An employer is looking for a TSSCI Linux Administrator to sit in Arlington, VA. This person will be responsible for installing patches and perform routine maintenance as required in support of security and O&M maintenance requirements. In addition they will monitor environment for system anomalies and performed root cause analysis as required. This person should be comfortable to document all changes to the test, operational and cloud environments in compliance with customer and DOD practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active TSSCI and ability to obtain a CI Poly
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of experience working operational Linux environments. Additional years of logistics experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Must be DOD 8570 IAT II Certified.
  • Experience with Creating, modify, troubleshooting end user accounts.
  • Experience with REDHAT Linux and variant operating systems.
  • Highly proficient in shell scripting and Linux CLI environments.
  • Experience using shell scripting to facilitate repeatable processes.
  • Have a working knowledge of SELINUX and intermediate expertise in configuring and maintaining.
  • Ability to automate through basic scripting. i.e. Born, Korn Python.
  • Experience in installing Linux operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experienced with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners
  • TS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferred
  • Redhat Linux certification.
