Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as liaison between the company’s plant operations teams and suppliers
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address quality and warranty issues and implement corrective maintenance to meet the company’s standards
  • Assess new and existing suppliers’ capability to meet the company’s quality requirements
  • Work closely with the suppliers to ensure that they understand and comply with the company’s quality requirements and guidelines
  • Ensure suppliers’ on-time completion of PPAP and manage their APQP activities for new product launches
  • Guarantee that the suppliers provide comprehensive quality reports to the management on time
  • Report on supplier program launch readiness and progress
  • Participate in standardizing Supplier Quality process
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities as assigned


What you NEED to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and product manufacturing (preferably for the automotive industry)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience solving progressively complex quality issues
  • Strong working experience of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949
  • Solid organizational and project management skills


Bonus points if you have:


  • Strong working knowledge of APQP, DOE, SPC, GD&T and Corrective Action Processes
  • Well-versed in the following processes: injection molding, metal stamping, casting, machining, or complex assembly
  • Six Sigma or Lean Certified
  • ASQ, CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA, or CQP Certified



Travel: 0 - 20%, depending on the needs of the business
