This person will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining client accounts, handle various administrative duties such as reporting and document management, client communications, event planning, and ad hoc projects. The salary range for this role is $55-60K/yr dependent on experience.


Responsibilities of the Office Manager / Operations Coordinator:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and executives at the firm
  • Assist in maintaining and updating client information in the CRM
  • Take charge of distributing mail, ensuring that every correspondence finds its way to its intended recipient promptly and efficiently.
  • Partner with the team to send thoughtful client gifts for referrals and during festive holidays.
  • Keep our office stocked and ready for action by overseeing the ordering and maintenance of essential office supplies.
  • Assist with end of the year reporting


Requirements of the Office Manager / Operations Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of operations experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
