Collaborative and positive team culture.Revolution is hiring an Accounting Manager to join its team. This role is based out of our Little Rock facility and has multi-site responsibility. The Accounting Manager is accountable for the business units financial accounting and reporting, and serves as a strategic leader with strong communication skills, high accuracy, and accountability. This position manages a small team and partners with leaders across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Manages business units financial accounting and reportingServes as a strategic leader with strong communication skillsHigh accuracy and accountabilityManages a small teamPartners with leaders across the organizationQualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting is required.Five (5) or more years of relevant accounting experience are required.Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred; multi-site manufacturing experience is preferred.CPA certification or CPA-eligible status is a plus, but not required.Strong analytical, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and organizational skills are required.Ability to communicate with a high level of business acumen, influence with data, and engage with all levels in a polished and professional manner is required.Knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, and forecasting is required.Ability to perform detailed analysis to identify management insights, data points, and trends is required.Ability to work proactively and collaboratively across departments to encourage information exchange is required.Demonstrated ability to drive change through process improvement and knowledge transfer is preferred.Proven communication skills across all organization levels, includingEqual employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
