Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

The position provides financial guidance in compliance with financial policies, provides business decision support, and leads key projects and initiatives to improve financial processes. This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesSupports Consolidation processes for VP, Corporate FP&A together with extended teamGatekeeper for C-Suite Requests for Capital ExpendituresOwns end-to-end Exchange reporting and analysisOwns Corporate Admin (Corp A) budgetWorks collaboratively multiple cross-functional stakeholders within FinanceSupports key projects and initiatives (e.g., planning system standardization, management reporting and optimization) and drives process improvementsSupports ad hoc analysis as requiredQualificationsBachelors degree in Finance or Accounting8+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functionsStrong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailSuperior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise mannerAbility to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing prioritiesAbility to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholdersStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plusAdditional Information: Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
