Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Design & Production: Create and manage the design and production of all marketing materials, both digital and print, ensuring high-quality, cohesive branding.
  • Photography Expertise: Capture and edit compelling photographs that align with the firm and client's visual identity and project objectives.
  • Creative Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute creative design strategies for advertising campaigns that effectively communicate the desired message and captivate the target audience.
  • Multimedia Design: Produce a diverse range of media, including graphics, web design, print materials, and more, to support both internal and external marketing initiatives.
  • Art Direction & Execution: Oversee art direction and graphic design projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all creative work meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborative Ideation: Partner with copywriters and other team members to generate clear, compelling ideas and concepts that align with brand objectives. If you have copywriting skills, please let us know.
  • Conceptual Development: Produce sketches, mock-ups, and art layouts that bring creative visions to life, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Client Collaboration: Incorporate client feedback and revisions into final designs, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
  • Strategic Understanding: Apply a deep understanding of marketing strategies, target audiences, and branding principles to all design work.
  • Design Proficiency: Utilize expertise in logo design, typography, color theory, web layout, print production, and image selection to create visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain all creative assets, including art materials, special fonts, and other resources, ensuring easy accessibility and consistency across projects.
  • Aid in New Business Development: Creating proposals, research, ideas and proposal design and preparation. In some cases, you'll also be part of the pitch team here.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, art direction, and multimedia production
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating impactful, innovative designs
  • Enjoy working with teams to generate original ideas for creative campaigns/media and guiding the integration of them into plans.
