Blazerworks is a new department within our company that is ramping with growth.

We are currently looking to hire National Recruiters in our Education division


Blazerworks internal colleagues, mentors, and management will set you up for success through hands-on training, ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and providing you with the tools you need to thrive at your desk.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong work ethic and passion to grow in sales
  • Previous sales and recruiting experience is not required to succeed in this role

The ideal candidate has:

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong drive to learn, grow and succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask
  • A good attitude


Responsibilities and Commitments:

  • Sourcing candidates by warm leads and cold calling, as well as LinkedIn, Career Builder, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter
  • Post our client's jobs on our platforms
  • Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your candidates
  • Build relationships with education and healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments


Further Details:

  • This is FULLY on-site in Oldsmar, FL
  • Monday to Friday work schedule; no nights or weekends
  • Paid Training
